Daron Barsamian is an experienced litigator with twenty years of experience and success representing both Plaintiffs and Defendants. He primarily represents the interests of businesses and employers. His areas of practice include business litigation, contract litigation, insurance litigation, class action defense, labor and employment law defense, and governmental entity defense.

During the course of his career, Mr. Barsamian has earned the reputation of a tough advocate for clients. He has handled hundreds of cases, from inception to completion, and has a track record for achieving favorable results for both his Plaintiff and Defendant clients through trials, arbitrations, motion practice, and settlements. He has written and opposed hundreds of Motions including nearly one hundred summary judgment motions. Mr. Barsamian has taken and defended hundreds of party, witness, and expert depositions, and has appeared on behalf of and represented major companies, businesses, Governmental entities, and individuals in State and Federal Courts, labor hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. In addition to litigation, Mr. Barsamian also advises and consults his clients on contracts and labor law policies.
